Zachary Zwald

2004-2005 Dissertation Fellow

Zachary Zwald was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2004-2005. He is an instructional assistant professor at the University of Houston. His research interests include international relations theory, international security, psychological decisionmaking, and science and technology policy. His dissertation argues that policymakers’ beliefs regarding prudent state behavior in a nuclear environment determine their understanding of what missile defense technology can do.
