Jennifer Kibbe

Jennifer Kibbe is a professor of government at Franklin & Marshall College. Her research and teaching interests include U.S. foreign policy, intelligence and covert action, international relations, and political psychology. The question her dissertation seeks to answer is why, despite the risks of increasing instability and mistrust of the United States, presidents decide to overthrow foreign governments?
