Ian Finn was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2015-2016. He works for the Internal Revenue Service valuing intangible property exchanged in transfer pricing transactions among multinational enterprises. His interests are labor economics, economic history, applied microeconomics, and public economies. His dissertation investigated the question: in a context of coerced labor, what factors lead to greater conflict between landlords and those they employ?
