Hernan Flom

Hernan Flom is a visiting assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at Trinity College. He researches organized crime, violence, and policing. His project aim was to analyze how subnational governments regulated this criminal activity and its associated violence, focusing on how the police’s relation to the government shaped their approach to enforcement at street-level.
