Carew Boulding

2006-2007 Dissertation Fellow

Carew Boulding was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2006-2007. She is the Director for the Program on International Development at the Institute of Behavioral Science and Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Colorado Boulder. Her research focuses on understanding political participation in developing democracies. Her dissertation examines the political effects of NGOs in developing democracies.
